Creating a College fit for tomorrow: A novel approach
About this site
Fintan Donohue, Principal and Chief Executive, North Hertfordshire College and Dick Palmer, Principal and Chief Executive, City College Norwich hosted a conference in May2009 for senior colleagues within the FE sector.
The conference focussed on looking at the experience of North Herts College in reviewing its organisational structure in relation to becoming more of a demand led institution and the experiences of City College Norwich and West Suffolk College in their preparation and implementation of TQS. As well as speakers from these colleges there was input from SHM who have united as consultants for this project, and from Dame Pat Collarbone, expert in managing change in the workforce.
