A summary of progress through phases 1 & 2 of the NHC project
Further to the work undertaken between NHC and SHM the college has achieved the following:
- A proposed operating model
- A proposed structure
- High levels of awareness regarding the need for change
Following the agreement of its Corporation the college is now in a position to move to the final phase of the project implementation.
